Vitamins C-E

 

 

Vit. C = Ascorbic Acid 

 

Deficiency: 

Scurvy, bleeding Gums, bleeding Nose, frequent Bruising, frequent  

Infections, shortness of Breath, painful Joints  

Deficiency may be the result of smoking! 

 

Beneficial: 

Consider as possible help for all Infections, Whooping cough, Heart  

problems, thick Blood, thick synovial fluid (lubricating fluid of Joints), 

Cancers, Anti-oxidant, Lead- and Mercury poisoning, weak Teeth.

Rose hips, Citrus fruit, green Peppers 

Cadmium 

 

Sources: 

Refined foods: Flour, Rice, White Sugar, Coffee, Tea 

 

Caution: 

Cadmium is poisonous. May cause Heart disease and Hypertension  

(supported by studies). Cadmium is not needed for any body functions.  

Consider Zinc to detoxify Cadmium.

Choline

Vit. D = Cholecalciferol 

 

Deficiency: 

Loss of Bone mass, Nervousness, Enlargement of Joints, Rickets, Osteomalacia
